I would like to shed some truth on the things that are now being said on many websites and videos against Jews and the Talmud – the Jewish book of laws and customs.
Texts are being read out of context misinterpreted or words completely changed from our holy books.They “prove” that Jews are pedophiles, robbers, killers, cheaters and so on. They try to create a twisted image of a nation and only God knows its consequences...It is important to note that the idea of respect for others, and the values of a pluralistic society, form an old, integral part of Judaism and Jewish tradition. The rabbis taught that all men are equal in the eyes of G-d -- if they do the will of G-d: the Talmud says "Whether Jew or gentile, man or woman, rich or poor -- according to a man's deeds does G-d's presence rest on him."The

This is the saying of Rabbi Simon ben Yohai: Tob shebe goyyim harog ("Even the best of the gentiles should all be killed").The True Facts:

From the above teaching we see that R. Shimon ben Yochai was discussing a case of war. The G-d-fearers among the Egyptians listened to Moses warning about the ten plagues and saved the life of their animals,this same Eguptians allowed their animals to be used in battle against the Jews. Presumably, these people went along with their animals and drove the chariots. We now see that the G-d-fearers, the "good" among the gentiles, were doing battle with the Jews. To this R. Shimon ben Yochai said that, when in battle, do not try to spare the lives of those opposing soldiers who appear to be fine, upstanding people. Kill any enemy soldier, regardless of their character. This contextual approach to understanding R. Shimon ben Yochai's statement is how the post-Talmudic literature has read this statement. Reading R. Shimon ben Yochai's teaching as a single-sentence imperative to kill all gentiles is simply wrong and is not how Jewish scholars have ever understood it.

Shulchan Aruch (Code of Jewish Law) Choshen Mishpat 348:2

Anyone who steals even a minor amount violates the prohibition of [Leviticus 19:11] "You shall not steal" and is required to repay [the amount stolen] whether one steals from a Jew or a gentile.
Shulchan Aruch Choshen Mishpat 359:1

It is forbidden to rob or to cheat even a minor amount from either a Jew or a gentile.
This is perhaps one of the worst lies stated. The Talmud and post-Talmudic literature absolutely and unequivocally forbid lying to anyone, whether Jew or gentile. It is forbidden to cheat or to profit from the Talmud Chullim 94a.:
As Shmuel said: It is forbidden to deceive anyone, even an idolatrous gentile
This statement is affirmed in Maimonides' famous legal work the Mishneh Torah (Hilchot Deiot 2:6) and in the Shulchan Aruch (code of law - Choshen Mishpat 228:6). The concept is evident throughout Jewish literature.
Maimonides: And similiarly, lies, tricks, subterfuges, cheatings, and circumventions of gentiles are forbidden. They said [as quoted above] 'It is forbidden to deceive anyone, even an idolatrous gentile' and even more so when it can lead to the desecration of G-d's name. For that is a great sin and imbues in a person bad traits. And all these wicked actions G-d explained that He will be disgusted with them and with those who perform them, as it says: (Deuteronomy 18:12) "For anyone who does these is an abomination of G-d."
What the Talmud DID refer was that a Jew is not obligated to correct a gentile's business mistakes. The Jew may not trick the gentile but if the gentile has been careless then the sale is nevertheless valid.This however is discouraged and even when some of those apparent unjust laws abided, even then we were are also expected to go beyond the law and give similar rights to non Jews alike in order to sanctify G-ds name and because of "the way of peace" many times quoted in the Gemorah
The Gemorah states that "the law of the country is the law" which means that as of today's exile Jews must abide to the laws of the nations.More Lies:

Yevamot 11b: "sexual intercourse with a little girl is permitted if she is three years of age"-"A gentile girl who is three years old can be violated" (both misquoted)
The True Facts:Talmud Ketuvot 11b (The citation mentioned is evidently in error. Talmud Yevamot 11b has no relevant passage): Rav Yehudah said in the name of Rav: A male child who has relations with a female adult causes her to be like one who was injured with a stick
Rava said: This is what was meant - an adult male who has relations with a female child has not done anything because less than this [three years old] is like sticking a finger into an eyeball.While those unused to these Talmudic discussions might be taken aback by the use of euphemisms, the discussion here relates to the dowry for virgins and non-virgins. A virgin receives a higher dowry. While the tell-tale sign of virginity is the release of blood due to the breaking of the hyman on the wedding night, there are occasions when the hyman has already been broken such as when the woman suffered an injury. The Talmud here adds that a sexual act with a male minor is not considered to be a loss of virginity because one of the participants is not fully active. While the female's hyman may have been broken, she has not engaged in what can be classified as a sexual act (although it is certainly child abuse).
The Talmud continues that a sexual act between a male adult and a female under the age of three is also not considered a loss of virginity (although it is child abuse). Since the girl is too young for her hyman to be broken, she is still considered a virgin.
That non-marital sexual relations is prohibited is stated explicitly by Maimonides in the following passage from his ground-breaking legal code Mishneh Torah: Maimonides, Mishneh Torah, Hilchot Ishut 1:
Whoever has licentious relations with a woman without marriage bonds is lashed by biblical mandate
The claim that the Talmud, or normative Judaism, permits sexual relations with a minor is entirely incorrect. Judaism as a religion prohibits sexual relations, indeed even minor touching such as holding hands, outside of marriage.

I would like to shed some true in to the things are now being said against Jews in Muslim and other websites. The defamation is against the Jews against the true and very hard to fight back and reveal the true in the mass communication world that the internet offers. My purpose is to enlighten the perplexed and to prevent less learned Jews or gentiles to believe their statements. As the Nazis did, anti-Semitic propaganda was used to make believe Jews are greedy, lewd, robbers and so on. Their ingenious idea convinced their nation we are exactly the opposite of what we are. For example the number of charity institutions amongst Jews far succeeds all of the world's charity institutions I believe.

I am concerned mainly with the lies that are being said based on our holy book, picturing us as killers, cheaters and gentiles-haters. Regarding the more baseless hatred propaganda they do I have no words to say, when from the crib at home and at TV and cartoons they learn to hate the Jews just because, there is no need to proof that if you search for anti-Semite in youtube you will find many of their own shows.

I can't believe how countless misquotations and lies I have read how many things are quoted out of context.

I could go for days explaining how they were quoted out of place, misinterpreted, nonexistent or just changed.

We do NOT hate gentiles.

The 7 Noahide laws that we are taught about in our law,( learn more at asknoah.org - which includes Believe in G-d's Unity ( not to worship idols) Respect and Praise G-d Respect Human Life Respect Family Respect the Rights of Others Respect All Creatures Pursue Justice (and to have court of law [which the Jews are also to abide to] ) offers a mean of convivial together in a world of peace wich is what we hope to attain.

I would like to clarify that whenever the word Akum is issued it is referring not always to a regular gentile but to an idol worshiper that could be a Jew or not. Many time the law is referring to the biblical times and when all the Jews lived in Israel, when it was forbidden to be settled by idol worshipers and when the land of Israel was ruled by Torah law. Today we are to follow the laws of the country where we live, as its written "The law of the country is the law" meaning the law of the country where we live is to be adhered to as our own law.

Many times there are laws that are taught in our books giving some sort of advantage over the non Jews and it is only valid when we were being unjustly judged or taxed. But when there is a just society these laws do not apply.

And even when some of those apparent unjust laws abided, even then we were are also expected to go beyond the law and give similar rights to non Jews alike in order to sanctify G-ds name and because of "the way of peace" many times quoted in the Gemorah.(Main source: Meiri on Bavah Kammah 113)

Now I will start to clarify some of their lies that are going around the internet, on blogs and videos. I hope to add more commentaries as I find then and look at their sources in our holy books:

Now...it really says that the gentiles can also receive non kosher meat like the dog ... like a dog means the same law as the dog ...Scripture is actually favoring the gentile.

-They quote its mutar to rape a gentile child... it really say at this source in Avoda Zarah, that a young gentile daughter is declared impure because it could happen that she would be found among man otherwise, therefore they made a fence and declared her impure so to avoid her company, the exact opposite meaning of what they write, and its strictly forbidden to have relations with a non.

It really says she has more rights than the Jewish pregnant lady which do not get pay for a damage to her fetus, as would the owner of an animal get payment for damages to his animals fetus.

-Bammidber raba c 21 & jalkut 772: "Every Jew who spills the blood of the godless (non-Jews), is doing the same as making a sacrifice to God."

Now it really says someone that spills blood of evil people!!! It looks like someone else is trying to make a blood libel in 2008?!I fell like in the middle ages…Do you as well?

-Coschen Hamischpat, Hagah 425: "It is the law to kill anyone who denies the Torah. The Christians belong to the denying ones of the Torah."

It really "says the idol worships and denies of the torah FROM THE JEWS is to be killed".Nothing about christians...

-Shulchan Aruch, Orach Chaim 539. "At the time of the Cholhamoed the transaction of any kind of business is forbidden. But it is permitted to cheat a goy, because cheating of goyim at any time pleases the Lord."

It really says it is allowed to receive money that he lent to a non Jew because he is may not get pay back later

- Pesachis F. 113B. "When you go to war do not go as the First, but as the last, so that you may return as the first. Five things has Kanaan recommended to his sons: 'Love each other, love the robbery, hate your masters and never tell the truth.' "

Now Kannan were the non Jews that lived in Israel before us and this was the reason G-d gave us the land , because of their sinfulness.

-Cases where there were quotes like its permissible to cheat a gentile for example:

Regarding the statement that "Jews may use lies to circumvent a gentile". If you look in this Gemora Bava Kamma it is talking about a tax collector who is himself stilling from the Jews by over taxing then because they are Jews. And still our moral says: (still at the same page) that even if the law permits it someone that does it is compared to killing and not only that but also to idol worship and illicit relations. Now it looks like our sages know which kind of lies people would say about that law...

Please consult a Rabbi to know the true facts before making your mind… and think twice before perpetuating false hatred.
